Didn't manage to get standing tickets for City & Colour. But for the most part, I'm just pleased I got tickets at all!

The whole thing has been ridiculous. They kept putting them on sale earlier than the advertised time. So even though I got up at 8.30 this morning ready for the advertised start time of 9.00, standing tickets on SeeTickets had sold out by 8.57.

There's some left on Ticketmaster, but I'd already bought the seated ones by the time I realised that. Plus they wouldn't let me buy more than one.

If I didn't love you so much Dallas Green, I'd totally have not bought tickets out of protest.

Recently I’ve been really scared that there’s someone outside in my garden when I go downstairs to brush my teeth at night. I know it’s irrational and stupid, but it’s really easy to get into my garden from the alleyway and it’s not all that unlikely round here.

Anyway. I’m brushing my teeth, and all of a sudden this white face appears at the window.
Shit scared, I completely freeze up, let out a bit of a yelp and nearly drop my toothbrush.

…it was one of my cats :3

It was the last one there! I'd given up hope of ever getting one & had to suppress a massive squeal when I found it. <3

After waiting patiently for what seemed like a whole month, my nuu phone case was waiting for me when I got home this evening! :D

I don't know what exactly happened to my natural hair colour, but it doesn't seem to want to show itself, and I couldn't bear the dull brown any longer...so I had a root around my bathroom cupboard and I dyed it green.
You can't see quite how green it is in this photo. I thought it was a tint, but my super porous hair had other ideas.

I nearly made a kid cry today at work...maybe he thought I was a witch.
...Kermit wasn't kidding. It's not easy being green.
